About the DRC

Suncadia’s guiding vision is to create an appropriate community carefully placed within the forest and river setting in a manner that is harmonious with and preserves the integrity of the natural landscape and wildlife habitat for future generations to enjoy.

The Design Review Committee consists of a group of highly qualified architects and building professionals, appointed by the Declarant.  The duty of the Design Review Committee is to consider and act upon proposals or plans that are submitted to in accordance with the design review procedures established by the Guidelines and the CC&R’s.

The DRC Process

The Design Review Committee exists to ensure that the community you’re investing in maintains the excellent standards we are known for. We want the design and building process to be simple, efficient and frankly, fun! We’ve outlined the steps involving the DRC throughout your build HERE.
