Submittal Dates
Submissions must be received by 5:00 PM on the scheduled date only. For a complete list of items required with the submittal, please see the Preliminary and Final Checklist under Forms and Documents.
Approximate Response Time
The Design Review Administrator will make every effort to respond to your project within 15 business days from the scheduled submittal date. Incomplete submittals may be delayed as well as submittals received at peak times of the year.
Subsequent Changes
Subsequent construction, landscaping or other changes in the intended improvement that differs from the approved final design documents, sample boards or the mock-up are to be submitted to the DRC for review and approval prior to making changes. An additional Design Review fee will apply for re Submissions.
At the discretion of the DRC, reviews and consultations that exceed the normal reasonable amount of time may result in additional hourly fees.
Pre Design Conference
The Pre Design Conference is a mandatory orientation session. Prior to the Pre Design meeting the Owner is to have engaged the services of an Architect or approved Designer and have reviewed the Guidelines together with this Consultant.
The Owner and Architect, at a minimum, are to attend. This meeting should precede any significant investment in design services. This meeting will initiate the Design Review process and allow for us to review the guidelines, explain the Design Review process and answer questions about your project.
