2024 Design Review Fees
* Denotes fees that apply only after final approval has been granted by the DRC. Items not listed will be charged at a rate appropriate for the service provided.

Design Review Fee
The Design Review fee is due at the time the Preliminary Design package is submitted. Submissions will not be reviewed until this fee has been received. Please make check payable to SROA (Suncadia Residential Owners Association) or TCVA (Tumble Creek Village Association).
Damage & Compliance Deposit
The Damage and Compliance Deposit is due at the Pre-Construction meeting. Please make the check payable to SROA or TCVA. This must be received by our office before any site disturbance. The deposit will be returned after the final inspection has been completed and approved.
Solid Waste Management Fee
The Solid Waste Management Fee is due at the pre-construction meeting. Please make the check payable to Suncadia Community Council (SCC). Your contractor calculates the fee based on the square footage of the home including covered decks and garages. This check must be received by our office before any site disturbance.
Compliance Monitoring Fee
The Compliance Monitoring Fee is payable to SROA or TCVA.
Construction Sign
The Construction Sign fee is due at least two weeks before any construction activity. Please make the check payable to SCC.
Address Marker Fee:
The Address Marker and/or Reflective Plaque is to be ordered and the Construction Sign removed before the return of the Damage and Compliance Deposit. Please make the check payable to SCC.
